Important Preliminary Information
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ev666 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering on ev666, creating an account, or using the platform, you are giving your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, ev666 reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts, and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security & Responsibility
2.1 Login Protection
Keep your ev666 login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials.
2.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately or notify ev666 via live chat. ev666 reserves the right to temporarily lock the account if necessary.
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your account may not be transferred or sold to anyone under any circumstances. Such a transaction will be treated as fraud against ev666.
Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at ev666. Transactions must be completed exclusively through these methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (where applicable).
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
- ev666 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.
- All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
ev666 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. ev666 automatically flags suspicious transactions and reserves the right to carry out necessary verification. Any account involved in illegal financial activity will be closed immediately.
Bonus & Wagering Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
- ev666 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotional offer is detected.
- Eligibility for claiming bonuses is determined by ev666 and may change at any time.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or claiming bonuses on referred accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.4 VIP Program
ev666's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is determined by gaming activity and the member's overall contribution to the platform. ev666 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the activities below gives ev666 the right to immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action:
- Fraudulent activity, or attempting to influence game outcomes through software or artificial means.
- Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Completing transactions using a third party's payment details.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's servers or network.
- Falsely identifying oneself as an employee or representative of ev666.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Conducting coordinated betting activity against the platform.
Responsible Gaming
ev666 believes in responsible gaming. We consider gaming an entertainment activity that should never become a source of financial or mental problems.
6.1 Self-Exclusion

6.2 Deposit Limits
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as they choose. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a specific waiting period.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content on the ev666 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of ev666 or used under license. Members may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes.
- Game software is the property of third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others).
- Unauthorized use of ev666's trademark or brand name is prohibited.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, ev666 may close the account without prior notice. For closures not related to a breach, ev666 will provide reasonable notice.
